Driver Quotes
Moses Smith
"Pikes Peak International Raceway is an awesome track, and perhaps the
smoothest track I have ever driven. My HASA Pool Products Star Mazda is just
awesome right now. Ron and the rest of the crew at R-Sport have given me a car
that can run anywhere on the track, and the Goodyear tires are working
perfectly."
Mike Anderson
"I raced on the oval at Phoenix a few years ago when I was driving a
spec racer and I enjoyed it then, but after several years off of the ovals I was
a bit worried. We ran at Phoenix earlier in the season and the adjustment went
smoothly and this weekend seems to be more of the same thing. The setup on my
car has been working well and we've just been making small changes and I'm
looking to just Hold it to the floor and go during qualifying."
Scott Kusy
"Mike Potekhen has given me a great car setup for this weekend, with
all of his oval racing experience as a driver he can translate my thoughts into
ways to make the car better. I've also been working on my driving as it is so
important to drive smoothly around the track and I think I'm starting to figure
things out."
