Red Line Oil to sponsor West Coast Championship

January 13, 2003.  Star Race Cars is pleased to announce that Red Line Oil will be the title sponsor for the 2003 Star Mazda Series West Coast Championship.  The eleven race series, which starts up January 17-19 at Phoenix International Raceway,  will now be officially known as the Star Mazda Series Red Line Oil Championship.

"We are thrilled to have Red Line Oil continue their relationship with the series after sponsoring our oval championship for several years," Series President Gary Rodriguez commented.  "With the new season starting this weekend this just adds to the excitement."

In addition to the tradition season ending prize package, Red Line Oil will award one custom drivers suit per weekend to the driver with the highest finishing position, and proper signage, that hasn't already won a suit.
